Development of a composting system constructed in a maritime container as a solution for processing solid digestate originating from anaerobic digestate plants.
The LIFE-ANADRY Project aims to demonstrate dry anaerobic digestion under thermophilic (55ºC) and mesophilic (35ºC) conditions with the objective of developing a more effective method of treating slurry from wastewater treatment plants.
BIOGAS3 promotes the sustainable production of renewable energy from biogas obtained from agricultural waste and waste from the food and beverage industries. The project focuses on producing energy on a small scale for self-supply.
AD-wise seeks to develop an online system for biogas plants with the aim of optimising the anaerobic digestion process, maximising biogas production whilst maintaining stability throughout the process.
This project addresses an important issue for the future of agro-industrial biogas in Europe: the transformation of biogas into biomethane through purification (upgrading). This biomethane may be injected into the gas grid or utilised as an LNG or CNG.
The main objective of this project is to develop sustainable production systems and biogas uses in agro-industrial environments, as well as demonstrating the viability and promoting this technology in Spain.
Spanish technology for eleven biogas plants using rice straw in India.
The largest private PV solar plant in France (excluding EDF). Genia has completed the installation of one of the largest photovoltaic plants in France.
The biogas produced in Evercreech will be injected into the natural gas grid and used to generate electricity for the electric grid.
The Government of the Region of Valencia, Enagás, Naturgy and Nedgia support technology from Genia Bioenergy to bio-digest rice straw from La Albufera.
This plant is located in the Poltava region of Ukraine. The agriculture-based regional economy relies primarily on the production of sugar beet. The biogas plant has been incorporated into ASTARTA HOLDING’s sugar production plant.
Genia Energy Solutions renovated the lighting system in the Coca-Cola European Partners plant in Barcelona with an energy efficient system, which was awarded the “Best Energy Project of the Year” within the framework of the II International Energy Engineering Congress iENER’19.
The project was designed and promoted by Genia Solar Energy. The renewable energy produced will be capable of supplying 100% of the energy of the AVE high-speed train in Extremadura, or the equivalent of all the energy required to meet the needs of families in Badajoz for an entire year.
The technology to convert rice straw into biogas from the Valencian company Genia Bioenergy was the runner up for the innovation award from EXPOBIOMASA.
Development and construction of a pilot plant for anaerobic bio-digestion using biowaste for the production of biogas for research purposes, in the capital of Mauritania.

7 projects in the pipeline, located in the Province of Valencia, injecting between 25 MW and 50 MW into the grid.
1 project in the pipeline, located in the Province of Castellón, injecting around 8 MW into the grid.
8 projects in the pipeline, located in the Province of Alicante, injecting between 37 MW and 140 MW into the grid.
2 projects in construction, located in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, injecting between 20 MW and 50 MW into the grid.
We design our projects with sustainable and participatory energy models, implementing offsetting measures to protect the ecosystem.

Obtaining biogas from alperujo requires the digestion of this by-product in a digester. This project involves the installation of a biogas plant for self-consumption, designed to scale and adapted to the client’s needs. The use of alperujo, together with other substrates, for the production of biogas in self-consumption plants represents an environmental improvement.
Design of a biogas plant to digest bio-waste and produce biomethane and electricity from it. The plant will process the 15,000t of bio-waste that this airport produces each year, it will be capable of producing 2.25 million Nm 3/year of gas of renewable origin that will represent 14,625MWh of total energy, which will be used to generate electricity by means of a 500kW engine generator and biomethane (CNG) for use in airport vehicles.
A project that integrates the entire process of production, management and sustainable recovery of bio-waste from the entire region within a circular economy model, the plant has the capacity to manage up to 165,000 tonnes of waste per year, which will be converted into biogas and biofertilisers.
Genia Bioenergy has developed this system to utilise digestates by reducing moisture and evaporating liquid digestate, resulting in a concentrated nutrient-rich liquid that can be reused in a biogas plant to dilute the raw material added to the digester.
This project develops the online system for biogas plants that aim to optimise the anaerobic digestion process, maximising the production of biogas whilst maintaining the stability of the process.
Coca-Cola European Partners incorporates LED smart lighting systems in the rest of the company facilities.
The incorporation of LED smart lighting and lighting control in the Bayer Cropscience facilities is finalised.
